A better stress testing program is Prime95, latest version is 25.4. Orthos is quite old now as it was based on an ancient build of Prime95. |

I think you may have bought the latest M0 stepping of the CPU which is not very good for overclocking than the L2 stepping. |

higher multiplier is better since it means you need less fbs, so if the mobo cant even handle that fbs then... |

Mate what can i say but chose the right case , whack in 3 extra fans ( yes the Soprano has 6 fans now ) and place them to blow air to the much needed motherboard components and presto instant cool pc on cheap air cooling. |

OK 3ghz seems to be my limit at stock. At 3.1 posted and booted but xp either froze or ran slow. Back to 3ghz and its running sweet again. It`ll do me. |

Ok people, I have tried to OC more again, I am stable @ 2.85GHz, when i went to 2.9GHz with 1.442v *The one just under 1.45v* I got an error within orthos, I am now getting now errors at 2.85 but my CPU is @ 68"C is that to hot? |
